Parents are welcome to accompany their children
We warmly invite parents to join their children in the open bay or operatories during their first visit to our office. It’s beneficial for parents to take on a “silent observer” role, as children often find it challenging to listen to more than one adult. For the safety and privacy of all patients, any other children not receiving treatment should stay in the reception area with a supervising adult. Our aim is to provide quality dental care while building your child’s confidence and helping them overcome any fears through our doctors and staff’s gentle and friendly approach.

FINANCIAL POLICIES
For our patients with dental insurance, we are pleased to file your claim as a courtesy. Please note that the estimated portion from your insurance company is not a guarantee of payment, and your estimated portion is due in full at the time services are provided. Your insurance plan is an agreement between you and your insurance company; if they do not pay your, the remaining balance will be your responsibility. Additionally, if the payment received is less than our initial estimate, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. We accept most dental PPO insurances listed below, as well as Virginia Medicaid (Smiles for Children). Since private insurance policies can vary significantly, we can only provide an estimate of your coverage in good faith, but we cannot guarantee it. Your estimated patient portion or co-payment must be paid at the time of service.
